Media Use & Recording Policy
At HYPE, we're all about celebrating the artistry and energy of our local dance community, and we LOVE when our guests capture the moment and share it with the world. That said, we want to keep things respectful, professional, and in line with the heart of the show.

Audience Recording & Photography

Phone recordings are welcome. Please just be mindful of the audience around you.

Do not block the front row or media pit. That space is reserved for our HYPE Media Team.

Personal use only. Any footage recorded at HYPE may not be sold, distributed, uploaded to shared drives, or reposted as full routines without prior approval.
Selling Media / Full Routine Uploads

Media captured at HYPE (photos or video) may not be sold or posted in full unless provided directly by an approved HYPE Media Team member.

No individual or third-party may create galleries, folders, or YouTube-style playlists of full sets without permission.

Choreographers receive official front-row footage from HYPE for their own use, no other uploads should substitute or duplicate these.
Violation of these guidelines may result in restricted access to future events.
We ask everyone to be mindful that HYPE is a professionally produced event. Capturing the moment is encouraged, profiting from it without permission is not.
